Its not the lap of luxury. There's no concierge or bell hop. BUT it's clean, safe, friendly and absolutely down to earth, where I live. Its an easy on and off the highway. Its budget friendly. Its family run. I loved it. Perfect for work travel for me.
Great spot right off the highway with ample parking even for me in my semi & 40' trailer. Clean room, decent bed (mattress is a little worn) & friendly staff. My only complaint is that the continental breakfast didn't start until 07:00 but it was free, albeit a bit simple.
As always this is my go to place to stay when I'm traveling thru this area. it's a good clean quiet place to get a good night's sleep... security seems to be a priority as well as it should be. I would never stay anywhere else here in sulphur springs. I'm beginning to feel like this is home away from home..keep up the good work.
Room was spacious, quiet and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, pillows were fluffy and fat, sheets were soft and smooth. TV and AC were excellent. Will stay here again.
I had a wonderful experience at Red Roof Inn, Sulphur Springs, Texas. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained, with a bright, safe, and newly renovated parking lot. The continental breakfast was simple but fresh and complimentary, a great start to the day. The rooms were spotless, and the customer service from the managers and staff was outstanding — very friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sulphur Springs. You’ll feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of here!
Relatively clean. Wifi works but kinda slow and not with my company VPN. Shower gets hot in a decent enough time. Water pressure is good. Cheap.
Very courteous employees. Reasonable prices. Swimming pool. Rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Next time I'm in the area, I'll will stay at the Red Roof Inn. The only complaint I have is that their continental breakfast could be better.
The suite we got was spacious and at a really good price. The bedroom and living room each had their own tv. It had a refrigerator and a microwave and a little kitchenette. It also had a balcony outside of the bedroom. The room looked really nice. The hotel clerk was extremely friendly. The negative is that they did not provide bar soap at all for the sink so I had to run to Walmart to buy a bar of soap to be able to wash my hands at the sink. Additionally, while the beds were nice and clean, the custodial staff apparently had not cleaned the floor. It was swept but the bottoms of my feet were black after walking across the floor so wear shoes inside the room. Additionally, we needed to use the pull out couch and there was food and cracker crumbs under the cushions and on the mattress cover showing that that had not been cleaned.
